After months of planning and preparation, our brand new paint facility is now up and running at our paint plant in our second building, the Wetherall Street works. This latest expansion means that we have tripled our paint capacity, dramatically reducing lead times for all painted signage.
The new installation contains two environmentally controlled spray booths, two flash off booths and a low bake oven. It will work along side our existing powder coating paint plant and will enable our paint processes to be completely dust free and environmentally controlled.
Our recent video showcases the new paint facility which will also be used by our parent company, the engineering company Electropak LTD, to paint parts for their clients in the defence, rail, F1 and medical sectors:
